Important Guidelines

The consignment period is 60 days. If you wish to pick up any unsold items, please call or email us before the end of your consignment period.

After the consignment period ends, items become property of Sugarlump and may be donated to charity. It is the responsibility of the consignor to contact us regarding picking up unsold items and payment of sold items.

Drop Off Rules

1. Consignors may bring in two grocery sized bags weekly during normal business hours.

2. Please drop things off in bags, not bins or boxes.

3. Everything must be clean and neatly folded with no signs of wear.

— Items not accepted for consignment may be picked up within 5 business days after we notify you that they’re ready for pickup. After 5 days, items will be donated to a local charity.

— We do our best to take care of your items! However, Sugarlump is not responsible for any merchandise damage due to fire, theft, water damage, or improper handling by customers.

Payment Options

1. Store Credit: 45% of sale price. Good for one year.

2. Check: 35% of sale price. Please request your payment once your 60 day consignment period is over. You may pick up your check at Sugarlump or have it mailed for a $1 fee. Checks must be picked up within one year of the end of your consignment period.

— Store credit and check payment are not transferable. You may not convert store credit to check payment and vice versa.
